Edge opening machine

Product introduction:

MG Edge Opening Machine is design to create a consistent open seam effect at a high efficiency, at the same time, replacing the physical pulling by workers to reduce risk of injury. The machine has been tested rigorously onsite in actual production and it is proved to be capable of working on garment of different fabrication and constructions.

Main features:

1. Achieve pulling speed of 6 meter/ minute/machine, user friendly.
   
2. Align the center of the target seam to the pressure boot and the sewing guide, step on foot pedal to activate machine, guide along the seam to finish the edge opening. 
   
3. Fully automated, simple operation, a new operator will be able to handle with an hour of training.
   
4. Even edge opening with consistent opening effect which is not achievable with traditional hand-made effect.
