Non-standard automation structure engineer

(1 person)

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Participate in the feasibility study of product projects and the design of system schemes;

2. Formulate structural design plans and project plans;

3. Undertake the detailed design optimization of the whole machine structure and parts of the project and the preparation of relevant technical documents;

4. Responsible for dealing with structural design problems, product and product follow-up and technical support.

【Job Requirements】

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics and other related majors, experience in structural design of automated sewing equipment is preferred;

2. More than five years of experience in mechanical design, familiar with mechanical principles, materials, processing technology, and proficient and accurate selection of mechanical and electrical standard parts for purchased parts, familiar with the principle of electrical control, experience in assembly and debugging equipment, and understanding of the principle of gas circuit routing;

3. Be able to independently complete the medium-difficulty design, the development of the whole machine, and the BOM list of engineering drawings;

4. Proficient in the use of Solidworks, CAD and other drawing software and common office software;

5. Strong understanding and sense of responsibility, high work efficiency and strong communication skills;

【Responsibilities】

【Requirements】

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, more than two years of electrician work experience is preferred;

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for the production of the plan, and work with the structural engineer to make the project plan according to the technical requirements of the equipment;

2. Responsible for the drawing of drawings, according to the final plan of the equipment, draw the electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram and production department drawings of the equipment;

3. Responsible for the preparation of programs, according to the equipment action flow chart, write equipment programs, including PLC (programmable logic controller), touch screen, servo system, vision system and other programmable equipment programs;

4. Responsible for the electrical design and commissioning of the whole cycle of the project, as well as the preparation of relevant documents.

【Job Requirements】

1. College degree or above, major in electrical, automation and other related majors;

2. Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the planning and integration design of non-standard automated mechanical systems, and those with experience in R&D and design of industrial sewing equipment or automation projects are preferred;

3. Familiar with the programming and debugging of Siemens and HMI (human-machine interface), and be able to independently select and design electronic control cabinets;

4. Proficient in ladder diagram design, familiar with structured programming, able to use EPLAN and other software to design electrical diagrams, debugging experience is preferred;

5. Familiar with the automatic control of frequency converter and servo drive;

6. Strong learning ability, hands-on ability and language expression ability;

【Job Requirements】
