With the popularity of non-standard automation equipment, more and more companies choose non-standard automation equipment. However, non-standard automation equipment will encounter some problems more or less in the operation process. What are the common faults of non-standard automation equipment and how to solve them?
1.Common faults of switching power supply.
This common problem belongs to the common problem of static data. The common faults of switching power supply are mostly caused by lead, incorrect wiring, or loose power plug or grounding wire, and may also be caused by the input voltage of switching power supply components exceeding the allowable error or the output working voltage exceeding the allowable error (such as abnormal increase or decrease of the working voltage).
2. Wire or short circuit.
According to the characteristics of logic, this common problem is fixed. For example, the input control loop of the output of the instrument and the feedback data signal is disconnected or led.
3. The auxiliary machinery or equipment is unreliable.
For various reasons, such as unreliable characteristics of the connection point or AC contactor, equipment failure, etc., the reliability of the equipment or equipment is poor.
4. Common faults of printed circuit boards
Due to short-circuit faults of switching power supplies or incorrect detailed addresses of lead and drain lines in the power supply system of the PCB, especially in highly integrated ICs, manufacturing defects and over-temperature-induced interactions can cause transient common failures or permanent damage.
5. Common faults of passive devices.
Such common faults, such as loose varistor end caps, lead-in, capacitance or lead-in short circuits, changes in capacitance or resistance values, varistor damage, etc. The change of resistance value will cause some common faults, such as fuzzy logic value, and the change of capacitance value will lead to some common faults, such as poor decoupling, oscillator frequency change, non-standard automation equipment such as motor cannot be started, etc.
6. Poor decoupling of switching power supply.
The key to this common failure is that the affected waveform (or data signal) is added to all normal waveforms. Filter capacitors with large space and ceramic chip capacitors with good high-frequency characteristics can be used to suppress this effect.
7. Poor insulation.
This common problem is easily overlooked by others. If the insulating layer on the circuit board is not good due to poor metal surface treatment, it will cause crosstalk and leakage of data signals, thus making the circuit board unstable or even unable to work normally.
8. Loose.
This is a common failure that causes headaches for maintenance workers. Common failure symptoms are similar to directions, but they are one-sided and extremely difficult to detect at an early stage. Common reasons for loosening are: loose software, poor welding, air oxidation on the surface of normally open contacts, weak terminal wiring (sometimes caused by large vibration in the natural environment), and poor ductility of the contact spring. The most important thing is that the initial installation is firm and reliable.
9. Embrittlement and poor quality of electronic devices.
All non-standard automation equipment has a normal service life. After this period, all electronic equipment is in a decline period, and the maintenance rate will be greatly improved at this time. Poor quality electronics can also lead to high repair rates.
