Although the non-standard equipment industry has a broad market space, my country's non-standard enterprises are large in number, small in scale, backward in technology and homogeneous in competition. From the perspective of market logic, many core technologies are not independent, and main functional components still rely on imports, which keeps equipment costs high, and high-end non-standard automation products still rely on imports. A longer market space can improve the technology research and development level of enterprises, expand the scale of enterprises, and give enterprises good development opportunities. However, the objective situation is the opposite.
The reason is that non-standard equipment cannot be mass-produced, large enterprises are unwilling to do it, and small enterprises can easily obtain living space. Under the pressure of shortage of human resources, manufacturing enterprises have chosen automation. Due to cost considerations, many companies choose semi-automatic equipment, and the slightly complicated processes are still done manually. A large number of such low-level automation requirements restrict the development of non-standard industries to a higher level.
Generally, non-standard equipment needs to be designed and manufactured according to the different needs of customers. Although equipment requirements are diverse, the development of such products generally goes through the following development process:
(1) Determine product development projects and clarify customer needs, such as production process, capacity requirements, and working environment;
(2) Analyze and research the product, clarify its production process and size requirements, and understand the technical parameters of the equipment;
(3) Formulate a preliminary equipment plan, obtain the overall and partial schematic diagrams of the equipment, various mechanical mechanisms, electrical control systems, and action procedures.
(4) Set up a plan review team to objectively evaluate the feasibility, manufacturing cost and production capacity of the equipment;
(5) Conduct joint review with customers, and determine the final equipment plan according to customers' opinions;
(6) Organize and implement product design and development, design general assembly drawings, component assembly drawings, parts drawings, and determine the control scheme of automated machinery.
(7) Component quality inspection, equipment assembly, online debugging, product proofing pre-acceptance;
(8) Guaranteed transportation, filing of technical documents, and project summary.
